Flaman Group of Companies is looking for a Service Manager for our team in Moosomin. Position Summary: The Service Manager is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the service department including in-house technicians, shop repair, and service administration. They are required to manage the development of and direction of the service team to drive growth in revenue, technical productivity and promote high customer satisfaction.
Major Job Functions:
Establish the overall vision and direction for the service department.
Enhance and develop service personnel, policies, procedures and systems to meet the goals of the department.
Handle Customer inquiries, quotes and complaints
Measure and monitor key customer service areas including call handling, repair turn around time, first time completions, work order aging, days to first visit and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong customer focus
Proven leadership skills
Previous management experience in a technical field considered an asset
Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
