Description

INFO Immigration a Federally Incorporated Immigration and Recruitment services provider is recruiting Food Service Supervisors on behalf of a restaurant. A qualified candidate will be assisted with SINP or LMIA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise staff engaged in serving food and in maintaining cleanliness of food service areas and equipment
Assign and coordinate work of employees to promote the efficiency of operations
Supervises serving of meals and train workers in performance of duties
Inspect kitchen and dining areas and kitchen utensils and equipment to ensure sanitary standards are met
Keeps records of the amount and cost of meals served and track the hours worked by employees.
    Inspect foodstuffs, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met
    Supervise workers engaged in tray assembly
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

Requirements:
Several years of experience in the food industry
Good communication skills in English
Excellent customer service skills
Flexible and a good team player
