Summer Student Job**To be considered for summer employment, students must be currently enrolled full time in a post-secondary institution and returning to full time studies in the fall of 2019.**
Our office is seeking a summer student to provide vacation relief for permanent employees with tasks that vary from day-to-day. This position works an 8 hour day shift, Monday to Friday from May 1 August 31.
Duties will include routine administrative tasks such as creating and formatting business letters, creating/updating Excel spreadsheets, creating/updating PowerPoint presentations, mail distribution, booking meetings, maintaining schedules for management, managing office correspondence, data entry, filing, photocopying, answering phones and taking messages, interfacing with other company personnel and outside contacts, and ordering office supplies.
