INFO Immigration a Federally Incorporated Immigration and Recruitment services provider is recruiting Food Service Supervisors on behalf of a restaurant.
Food service supervisor duties and responsibilities include:
Manage and create the schedules and activities of staff that prepare, portion and serve food.
Administering meal preparation by estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies required.
Promote efficiency of operations by a proper division of work.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Provide coaching to staff regarding job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Assist in the management with development of policies, procedures, and budgets.
Inspects food, supplies, and equipment to maintain stock levels and ensure standards of quality are met.
Supervises the front counter attendants and back kitchen staff and assures that food timelines in getting orders ready are met.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in the food industry, preferably in the administration and customer service
Strong communication skills in English.
Can work in a fast-paced environment.
Work well under pressure.
