We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to strengthen our recruitment team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Research target markets and work with team members to build prospect lists
Initiate on employment leads in order to develop and coordinate employment opportunities by cold calling employers.
Actively visit different employers to develop business and acquire new opportunities.
Develop presentations on our services and the business benefits for prospective employers.
Working with employers to understand their needs of manpower and helping them providing best solution

Requirements:
Foreign Workers Recruitment experience is a definite plus
Some knowledge on IT, Agriculture,Construction,
2-3 years of recruitment business development experience
Have knowledge of Recruitment Service Agreement
Can communicate with the Employers
Cold calling skills
Interview skills
Can develop new Employer clients
Have experience with Database Management , Interview Scheduling , Resume presentation to the clients
Some travel required within Saskatchewan or outside

Option for work from Home.
Basic Salary plus commission.
