Duties for this position include but are not limited to
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivables
Payroll (Hourly and Salary) including Liabilities
GST AND PST Returns and Submissions
Bank Account, Visa and Loan Monthly Reconciliations
RRSP Deductions and Submissions and WCB Annual Returns for Saskatchewan and Alberta
Employee Benefit plan monthly submissions
Answering Phones
Ordering office Supplies
Greeting Customers
Preparing Operational and Maintenance Manuals for completed projects
Updating Spreadsheets
Filing
Typing Letters, Quotes, Contracts, etc.
Liaison with 2 other offices. - We have one in Swift Current, Moose Jaw and Lloydminster.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday 8- 5 and must have a clean Criminal Record Check as we require you to obtain your Commissioner of Oaths status
