Facility: COMMUNITY HEALTH/MENTAL HEALTH
Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Mental Health & Addictions Services, the incumbent will provide a full range of clinical mental health services to adults.  Duties include intake, assessment and formulation of treatment plans, therapy with individuals and groups.  Travel throughout the health region is required.  Position is field hours and may involve evening and weekend shifts in order to meet client and program needs.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Social Work
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
Experience
Minimum one (1) years clinical experience in a mental health setting
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Conflict resolution skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to provide public/educational presentations
Ability to enter and retrieve data in a computer database system
Knowledge of Recovery philosophy
Ability to work independently and in a self-motivated manner, ability to respond under pressure
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary setting
Knowledge of community resources including treatment programs and support agencies is essential
Knowledge of a variety of intervention strategies (individual and group) for individuals with mental health and addiction problems in a community based setting, including, but not limited to: assessment, triage, treatment, case management
Ability to identify, implement and evaluate areas of client difficulty across a wide range of clinical presentation and formulate evidence based interventions
Cultural competency skills
Knowledge and practical application of the Mental Health Services Act and Health Info
