Description

This position reports directly to the Recreation Director.  The primary function of this position is to assist the Recreation Director in all areas of the Parks, Recreation and Culture Department.

Duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
-Event planning assistance.
-Community Centre viewings and completion of bookings forms.
-Eco-museum program planning assistance.
-Museum inventory data collection.
-Summer Play Program assistance which may include data entry, inventory of supplies, assistance to Summer Play Coordinators during summer program.
-Scanning, photocopying, shredding.
-Receiving phone calls.
-Preparation of time sheets indicating work performed, hours worked and absences.

Job Qualifications:
-Post Secondary education.
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet.
-Experience with caring for children.
-A valid class 5 Saskatchewan Drivers license is required.

Employment Terms
-May 1  August 23, 2019; flexible to a few days on start and end dates.
-Monday to Friday; 8:00am  4:30pm
