About You:
No experience in the Water/Wastewater industry? Not a problem. On the job training is a top priority for this position.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working with a wide variety of customers in our shop and on the phone. Making sure our customers get the right solution for their issue and have a great experience is your number one priority.
At Anderson Pump House our staff and customers are our most important asset. You must be a customer-focused individual who can develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management. You should be outgoing and charismatic and enjoy being part of a team, but also be able work alone with little direction when needed. You must love problem solving and have a strong desire to learn.
