Duties and Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
- Provide customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Process ticket orders, merchandise orders, and process payments
- Daily cash-outs
- Assist other box office clerks in becoming familiar with box office processes
- Keeping the box office stocked and clean
- Adhering to all ticketing policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Business Director
Minimum Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Cash handling experience is required
