Camponi Housing Corporation is excited to invite applications for a Tenant Engagement Coodinator to join our team.  

In this role you will:
- Promote the growth and development of safe and supportive communities through the Tenant Engagement program
- Encourage tenants to become more involved in their community so there is greater community support and acceptance.
- Commit to delivering high quality service for our tenants.
- Empower tenants and improve their quality of life.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Establish partnerships and collect resources
- Engage tenants in community initiatives, activities, events and programs
- Develop and enhance community partnerships and working relationships with agencies
- Liaises with community groups, agencies and professionals to facilitate tenants needs by sharing and obtaining resources and information
- Apply for available funding to support tenant engagement activities, events, and workshops
- Manage funding budgets for community engagement initiatives
- Develop, coordinate and implement community activities, events and workshops
- Create, collect and evaluate tenant surveys and program evaluations
- Perform general administration including typing, mail processing, filing and record keeping
