The General Foreman - Maintenance Trades will provide direction and translate directives from Refinery Leadership Team to Trade Supervisors ensuring organizational goals are achieved, in alignment with CRC core principles, policies, regulations and safety procedures in order to maintain continuity, consistency, and fairness throughout the Maintenance Department. Monitor safety and productivity, and assess all activities of the Maintenance Trades Supervisors in the efficient delivery of quality services to the customer. Maintain a customer service orientation on the basis of 7-day week availability providing necessary support for Maintenance Trades Supervisors to act on technical, safety and operational incidents, and emergency response.
