Location: Any Affinity Credit Union
Job Purpose
Designs and delivers training on a broad variety of functional and technical topics including core business systems, regulatory and compliance, technical application training (credit/operational), and line of business training. Delivers an excellent working relationship with employees and managers while demonstrating an understanding of their business unit needs. Conducts needs assessments, delivers train-the-trainer initiatives, and develops e-learning modules. Delivers ongoing maintenance of course materials to ensure accuracy, and delivers a knowledge of leading practices and emerging learning trends.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position may require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field, plus 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education & experience
- Intermediate understanding of Affinity Credit Unions business, and divisional business operations
- In depth knowledge of organizational learning and adult learning principles
- Conducts best practice research to create, implement, and revise innovative processes
- Experience in public speaking or group facilitation
