Job Purpose
Delivers support to walk-in member transactions, including deposits and withdrawals. Identifies member needs, originates sales, and drives referrals to Personal Bankers or other Specialists. Delivers administrative advice centre tasks, including campaign execution, scheduling appointments, and member account opening. Responsible to educate members and bring awareness to technology-enabled ways in which to interact with Affinity.
Working Conditions
Because Affinity serves members in communities across Saskatchewan, this position may require the successful candidate to travel between locations.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma, plus 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to provide member centric advice and resolutions for a broad range of products and services
- Experience with using a broad range of digital channels and devices (i.e. online services, mobile applications, smartphones, tablets, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Affinity Credit Unions products and services
