St. Josephs Hospital, located in Southeast Saskatchewan, is seeking a team-oriented and professional Family Physician with Enhanced Surgical/Ob-Gyn Skills to be part of our health care team. The position involves family medicine, labour and deliveries, c-sections, gynecological Surgeries and treatments, consults and specialist emergency call.

The successful candidate must have:

-licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (or be eligible for)
-acceptable enhanced training in Enhanced Surgical/Ob-Gyn Skills (ie: third year of residency in Family Medicine Enhanced Surgical Skills)
-valid drivers license
-successful SHA credentialing including but not limited to 3 acceptable references and an acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector search
-current Canadian Medical Protective Association coverage.
-legal entitlement to work in Canada. Preference will be given to Canadian citizens and Canadian permanent residents.

24 Hour Emergency Department
Full Laboratory and Diagnostics
