The Role:
Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include:
Processing transactions relating to client investment accounts
Processing and tracking new investment business
Analyzing client investment statements and preparing investment summaries
Ensuring all processing deadlines are met and processed with a high level of accuracy
Responding promptly and courteously to inquiries from clients pertaining to their investment accounts
The Ideal Candidate:
Highly dependable and trustworthy, and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines
Strong administrative skills backed by education and experience with a financial planning firm.
Well-developed computer skills including CRM software and investment trading software.
Well-developed communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
