Salary:
$14.00 Hourly, for 35 to 40 Hours per week

2 years to less than 3 years

Food service establishment

Supervisory Experience:
Food and beverage servers, Food service counter attendants and food preparers

Specific Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Establish work schedule, Ensure food service and quality control, Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Additional Skills:
Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, Prepare budget and cost estimates

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Standing for extended periods, Walking

Ability to Supervise:
5-10 people
