Your responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with representatives of new and existing businesses to expand market share and provide excellent customer service. Commercial insurance responsibilities will include Property and Casualty, Commercial Auto and Surety lines of insurance.
- Maintain and expand an existing book of business. Be active in the community and provide professional marketing and business development on behalf of the organization.
- Respond to enquiries from business representatives and provide effective solutions to meet the clients needs.
- Process and maintain up to date records, follow-up with clients and administer changes in a timely, accurate manner.
- Monitor the office and team workload, offering support as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Education & Experience:
- CAIB level 2 to 3 required; CAIB or CIP designation is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years related experience.
- Working knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software programs.
