The Banquet Supervisor will be on the floor working with and delegating employees in order to deliver upon our guest experience (Event planners and Attendees).
As a Supervisor you will liaise effectively with your team, as well as the Kitchen and the Catering Consultants, communicating needs of client to ensure they are taken care of; as well as being a point of contact with Convener exhibiting professionalism and obtaining confidence of the client.
Your attributes must be defined as customer service focused with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle multiple changes efficiently and professionally. In this role you will coach, motivate, and develop Banquet associates ensuring standards are adhered to.
-2 years experience in hospitality with a minimum of one year in Banquet Service.
-Previous experience with a point of sale and/or catering sales program
-Strong communication skills, personable and ability to motivate people to achieve common goal
-Detail oriented
-Ability to work flexible hours days or nights (including weekends) in order to receive full time hours
