ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities     
    Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics and maintenance repair as per required standards. Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order. Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% for all repair orders. Perform new vehicle PDI.
    Provides service advisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
    Performs road tests to confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily.  
    Accurately records the cause and correction in Reynolds on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion on MPI and related inspection forms.
    Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
    Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.
    Some required travel for training
ABOUT YOU
    Automotive Service Technician Trade certification. We would consider an outstanding 3rd or 4th year Apprentice Technician with the right attitude and desire to learn.
    Experience with European experience is a must. Exotic experience would be an asset.
    Requires clear written and oral communication and a willingness to attend training seminars and courses for professional development.
    Requires a valid drivers license with a clean- drivers abstract.
    Ability to carefully and safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
    Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools and equipment.
    Focus on exceptional customer service.
