Description

Attend to customers upon arrival and maintain consistency in availability to customers during shift
    Prepare various food items as needed such as snacks and sandwiches
    Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
    Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
    Serve and prepare alcoholic beverages, must be 19 years of age and hold valid server it right certificate
    Issue bills and accept payments, preform accurate cash outs at shift end
    Maintain a cleanly work environment
    Perform daily inventory and requisition forms for both food and beverages
    Ensure stock of all concession items stay above par levels
    Active communication with supervisor, food and beverage manager and executive chef


Start date: April 15th

 - Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
 - Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
