DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain positive relations with suppliers, owners and all restaurant personnel
Spend a reasonable amount of time each shift on the floor assisting with staff
Work as a team with co-workers to produce and serve food in an efficient way
In the absence of any subordinate (host, bartender etc), front of house supervisor will be responsible for completing that position to the best of their abilities.
Follow food safety regulations
Consistent coaching and training of all front of house employees
Serve and prepare alcoholic beverages, must be 19 years of age and hold valid serve it right certificate
Managing and controlling food, beverage and labor costs within the restaurant
Complete daily checklists and weekly cleaning lists with proper delegation of tasks
Delight guests through managing and ensuring guest experience is satisfactory; handling and resolving guest concerns efficiently
Have a positive and professional demeanor while working
Ensuring all cash management procedures are completed correctly and upheld within the restaurant
Ensure all events held at Saskatoon Golf and Country Club run smooth & ensure guest satisfaction
