We are looking for someone with:
- Experience using and troubleshooting Apple software
- Networking expereince along with troubleshooting network related issues
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized
- Willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work both independently or as part of our team
- Excellent verbal and written communication
Duties include:
- Build and maintain corporate client relationships
- Fielding inquiries about Apple products and service
- Carrying out training sessions: individually and in group settings
- Troubleshooting Macintosh devices (operating system & hardware)
- Generating service orders and complete invoicing
- Providing support to the service teams
- Some travel within Saskatoon is required
