ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsible for guiding customers through the rental car process and ensuring an outstanding customer experience
Administrative duties including booking customers, updating rental information, and checking customers in and out
Administrative duties also include answering the telephone, greeting customers, filing, and other duties as required.
ABOUT YOU
Aptitude for exceptional customer service.
Professional with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of basic computer programs
Demonstrated time management skills and an ability to multi task
Desire to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
