Description

Under the direction of the Program Manager in the Moxie Club Program
    Supervise the day to day activities of the Inclusion Support Workers. You are required to encourage best practices for team building and are considered part of a team.
    Model positive programming strategies
    Provide additional support to the Support Workers as needed
    Intervene and manage incidents/injury and incident/injury reports
    Debrief with Program Manager after behavior outbursts and incidents
    Oversee the use of Communication books and reporting
    Implement behavior support plans and
    Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
