INFO Immigration is a Federally Incorporated Immigration and Recruitment services is recruiting Food Service Supervisors on behalf of restaurants.

Job duties and responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the employees engaged in preparing and portioning of food
Provide advice and oversee standardization of recipes, menu preparation, portion, cost, and waste control
Prepare food order summaries, assemble and prepare food and food orders
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Assist  managers to oversee the coordination and execution of services
Plan daily operations and establish methods to meet work schedules
Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
Ensure that safety regulations are being followed at all times
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Address, respond and correct customers' complaints or concerns
Participate and assist in the development of policies and procedures

Requirements:
Several Years of experience in the food industry
Ability to Supervise
Ability to work in a Fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure
Detailed oriented and strong team player
Excellent oral communication skills
Able to work independently
Ability to multitask
