We are looking for people who want to be a part of our contemporary startup culture as a Customer Experience Manager.

About You

Some of your responsibilities
-Support customers through each step of the customer journey from initial contact to final delivery
-Educate customers on financial products and services to help them get the vehicle of their dreams
-Audit and improve our CRM; ensure that it is being used efficiently
-Help with enablement projects, such as new employee onboarding for the customer support staff
-Take ownership of maintaining clean data for reports and dashboards required to track key business KPIs for customer support

Skills and Abilities
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written - you will be talking with customers daily over the phone and via email
-A soft touch with customers, providing guidance more than selling and always building escalating levels of commitment and trust
-Training in consumer sales
-Knowledgeable of vehicles
-Highly adaptable; able to operate in a rapidly evolving company

Assets
-Prior experience using HubSpot (preferred)
-Training in more than one B2C sales model
-B2C sales management experience
