John Deere Turf & Utility Sales Assistant - Moose Jaw Location

We are in search of a Sales Assistant to join our Turf & Utility Department during the summer of 2019 for a period of up to 4 months, starting in May and ending in August.  As a Sales Assistant you will be part of our dynamic Turf & Utility Sales Department and will be assisting our customers in finding the perfect equipment solutions for their yard maintenance needs.

Key responsibilities will be:
1.    Responsible for Inside Turf Sales for our Moose Jaw location including the demonstration, sale, and follow-up support of John Deere Turf & Utility equipment and associated short lines.
2.    Maintain & manage customer relationships throughout the sales process ensuring their needs are met.
3.    Merchandising show floor and outside Turf displays.
4.    Delivering turf equipment as required.

This is a full-time summer position.

The ideal candidate:
1.    Has excellent interpersonal skills, is self motivated and driven to sell.
2.    Is capable of learning and demonstrating features on select products.
3.    Has a good knowledge of computers, in particular the Microsoft Office suite of products.
4.    Can build relationships before and after a sale.
