Ensure orders are completed in accordance with the following specifications:
Job orders are completed within designated time lines or the date agreed upon by the customer/Account Manager.
Job orders are sourced and purchase orders are completed and submitted for every order.
Produce quality graphics, layouts and designs according to customer requirements.
Provide necessary proofs to customer/Account Manager in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure final proofs are signed off as required by the customer prior to order production/engraving.
Regularly communicate the status of current job orders and any additional orders to appropriate Account Manager and/or Customer.
Liaise with Sales and other departments to ensure consistent communication on all assignments.
Invoice customers orders.
Routinely achieve results in assigned key performance drivers for both productivity and accuracy
Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills.
Strong visual acuity, strict attention to detail and accurate proofreading skills.
Effective listening, verbal and written
Working knowledge of office equipment, computers, internet, e-mail and various software applications.
Strong understanding of design software, digital files formats and printing methods.
Self-motivated and deadline driven, with effective time management abilities.
