This position will star April 1st, 2019
Your duties will include:
Oversee the consistent execution of service requirements for the Saskatoon branch.
Continuously review the day-to-day operations within the branch to optimize resources, improve profitability and customer service & limit overtime implementing change where necessary.
Drive efficiencies throughout the operation in conjunction with other Branch staff.
Ensure that all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements are met, and that GardaWorld procedures and standards (including health and safety, security, personnel) are consistently applied across the area.
Provide coaching and mentoring to the supervision team by setting clear objectives, communicating openly, holding/participating in regular meetings, monitoring performance and taking corrective action (as appropriate) to ensure corporate and branch goals are met
Ensure that staff maintain a high level of customer care (measured by contractual requirements); monitor service levels and implement change as needed
Work with HR, and in a collaborative manner, apply corporate policies to manage disciplinary matters arising in the branch, including dismissals, grievances, absenteeism health and safety issues, etc., communicating any changes in terms and conditions to staff on a timely basis
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in the security industry.
Good negotiation, influencing and entrepreneurial skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Highly customer-services focusedwith excellent communication skills
Very good people management and team building abilities
Ability to manage the implementation of strategic objectives
Strong relationship builder, proactive, and highly results driven of how technology can enable a business to be more efficient
High degree of integrity, trustworthy
Computer literate an understanding
