Summary of Duties:
Reporting to the Manager, Banquets; the Banquet Server is responsible for providing the highest level of service to our guests and attends diligently to their banquet space.  The Banquet Sever has a professional presentation, and is polite, respectful and abides by REAL dress and hygiene standards.  The Banquet Server is responsible for enriching the guest experience by ensuring that all guest expectations, as specified on the banquet event order by banquet management (including room set-up and food and beverage services), are precisely executed. This position ensures customer loyalty is obtained by building connections with the guests through the provision of outstanding customer service.  The Banquet Server is also responsible for contributing to an environment within Evraz Place, which encourages fellow co-workers to be happy, motivated and proud of the products and services provided by Evraz Place, resulting in a joyful, memorable, relaxed and casual event for the guest.
