Applications are invited for school-based Administrators for the 2019-2020 school year.
Principal, Cupar School
  
Cupar School offers K-Grade 12 programming to 184 students. With a staff of approximately 12 FTE teachers and 3 FTE support staff, the Cupar team believes that relationships with students contribute to higher student achievement. The staff work to acknowledge students daily for academics, behaviour and leadership and to create a sense of family and belonging.
  
[100% administrative; administrative allowance is approximately $18,200].
Qualifications
  Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
Masters degree (completed or in progress) is a definite asset
A minimum five years of teaching experience
  
Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
  A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support Every Student by Name, by Need
Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Divisions strategic direction.
