Adecco is currently hiring for an Operations Planning and Maintenance engineer for one of our TOP clients in Regina, Saskatchewan. To be considered for this Maintenance support engineer role, you must have a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Petroleum, Environmental or similar engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Operations Planning and Maintenance engineer Responsibilities:
Design new site installs for odourant injection systems
Oversee repair of odourant bypass, bulk, and run tanks
Develop program for disposal of out of service bypass tanks
Look into and give recommendations on odourization rates
Gather site drawings and photos
Prepare scopes of work for each site
Develop budgets for each site
Maintain program documents and technical requirements
Provide technical support to field activities
Perform project closeout
Manage the Odorant database
Add additional pieces of equipment to Asset tracker to assist with equipment calibration tracking
Assigned Planned Outages to coordinate the work including Alternate Supply requirements
Operations Planning and Maintenance engineer Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Petroleum, Environmental or similar engineering
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Experience with the following software would be beneficial
MS Office, Project Server, Share Point, ESRI GIS)
Strong analytic skills
Management decision making skills
Background in the oil & gas industry in an engineering role
Knowledge of CSA Z662
Good understanding of Engineering drawings (P&ID, GA)
Oracle Products
Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) drivers license
APEGS (or equivalent national association) membership would be a benefit
