Siemens Transportation Group Inc. requires a Project Manager at their Head Office in Saskatoon, SK to develop and
execute multiple business and technology related projects for the organization. The successful candidate will provide leadership on project teams in a results orientated work environment.
Responsibilities
Direct all aspects of the project planning and execution phases, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, to
budget and to the required quality standard
Develop and implement detailed project action plans and schedules
Monitor and report on status and deliverables
Liaise with other IT team members and management to ensure business requirement needs are fulfilled in a
timely manner
Identify, asses and offer resolutions to barriers and risks
Establish and maintain a productive working relationship with all stakeholders
Offer technical expertise
Guide and support cross functional project teams
Maintain and support TMS systems including Truckmate and Centerline
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science
Truckmate TMS experience is considered an asset
Ability to write structured SQL statements
Self-started with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to adapt to constantly changing projects
2 to 5 years experience in the Information Technology field
Experience in the Transportation industry is considered an asset
