Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting, supervising, scheduling and training retail and lumber yard staff;
Ensuring for excellent customer service;
Monitoring inventories, margins, budgets, merchandising and planning;
Develop and maintain expert presentation of furniture store;
Development efficient systems and maintenance of receiving inventory and outgoing sales;
Efficient maintenance and safety of yard and warehouse.
Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma, preferably.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management of retail furniture and/ or Lumber store;
Must be Bondable;
Exceptional customer service;
Excellent supervisory, organizational and leadership skills;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Ability to work flexible hours;
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team;
Must have Valid Drivers License.
Must be able to provide satisfactory drivers abstract and satisfactory criminal record check.
