What can you expect in this role?

As the Product Planner, youll oversee demand planning and management processes for new and existing products. Youll be responsible for developing and executing product demand plans to meet our goals based on patterns and business trends. With your client orientation, youll anticipate reactions to products and promotions. Efficient and organized, youll plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of product planning.

Were looking for someone who is enthusiastic with great business acumen. Your effective communication and relationship building skills will contribute to building strong networks and relationships with co-workers and clients. You will research and find solutions independently and as a part of a team. Youre a creative thinker who is detail oriented and you have a natural ability to multi-task with strict adherence to deadlines. You are not afraid to try new things and always have activities in place to assess and mitigate risk.

What do you need to apply?

Youll shine in this role with two to three years of demand planning/forecasting experience along with a degree in a related field. A background in retail is a definite asset and will assist you working effectively with multiple teams in a fast-paced team environment.
