DESCRIPTION:
Do you like to bring people together and throw parties? Do you love the restaurant industry and want to expand your skill set?
Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure that all Boston Pizza guests are provided with the best experience possible and all responsibilities are conducted in a professional manner.
We are currently looking for someone to manage within our restaurant as well as to be responsible for developing positive, on-going relationships with community organizations on behalf of the restaurant via public relations and marketing.  
The right candidate for this position would have restaurant experience, preferably within a supervisory role, as well as be adept at Social Media and creating relationships within the community.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain all aspects of social media for the restaurant such as: blogs, advertising campaign pages, and other social media sites.
Foster a positive and fun company culture.
Manage employees by building strong teamwork and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
Lead, manage and deliver the Perfect Guest Experience each shift: dine-in, sports bar, take-out and delivery and guest recovery.
Shift management of controllable costs: Food, beverage, labour and QC promo line.
Assist with the planning and marketing of restaurant events.
Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the restaurant.
Manage and assist the management team in the execution of national and local store marketing initiatives.
Projects may include event planning (i.e. open houses, sales events and fundraisers), volunteer coordinating, speaking events, and community outreach programs.
Identify and capitalize on key opportunities in the community to raise the profile of the brand.
Other duties as required.
Must be eligible to work in Canada
MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION AS THIS LOCATION IS 7 MINUTES EAST OF REGINA.
