Service Writer

Young's Equipment Inc., Southern Saskatchewan's largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealership is looking for a Service Writer (Temporary Maternity Leave Replacement 12 Months) to join our team in Assiniboia.  We focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. Well-established and family owned, Young's Equipment is continually growing.

The Role You Will Play:

- Opening, processing and closing work orders.
- Preparing technicians timesheets and inputting data into business system.
- Back up coverage for incoming phone calls.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting and mail distribution.
- Timely and accurate billing of work orders.
- Contact customers and collect payment for services provided.

Background Profile:

- An ideal candidate would possess extensive customer service skills excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong administrative and computer skills required (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Weekends and overtime are required as scheduled.
- Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
