Leland Kimpinski LLP is looking for an experienced corporate assistant to work in a busy law office. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. A minimum of five years corporate legal experience is necessary.
The position would involve preparation of all documents related to incorporation and ongoing corporate maintenance in Saskatchewan. Experience with the Corporations Branch online process is required, and familiarity with PCLaw would be an asset. Excellent computer skills and a strong attention to detail are essential.
