Description

We are looking for a qualified cabinet maker and installer to join our team as an in-house, full-time Cabinet maker & Installer. The ideal candidate will join a high-performing team of design and shop employees who consistently work hard to deliver a high-quality product, superb customer experience and promote our brand.
The perfect candidate has to possess the following qualifications:
Adequate experience in high-end cabinetry design and production - Must possess technical understanding of cabinetry structures and the build process. Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery such as table saw, edge-benders, boring machines and various other tool.
Must have experience in completing end-to-end cabinetry projects installations (kitchens, wall-units, closets, wardrobes etc.), with proven ability to work exceptionally well under minimal supervision and adhering to the highest quality standard.
Must have experience in on-site service assignments, including: cabinetry paint touch-ups, caulking, hardware alignment, hardware install, repair and replace cabinets on-site
Must possess positive and agreeable approach to communicate with clients and act as the face of the company during client interactions.
Prepare job sites for installation by protecting exposed areas and excel at maintaining a clean job-site, by adhering to professional standards of debris and garbage disposal.
Ability to prioritize and allocate time to each client based on project urgency.
Ability to interpret shop drawings in both imperial and metric systems.
