-Develop feed formulations and provide technical advice on the farm.
-Take the lead role in the development of new products and programs as seen needed in conjunction with sales and marketing
-Working with field sales to create, maintain and execute a customer-focused business development plan that clearly identifies current and future growth opportunities
-Thrive on the quality care of ruminants and in attaining sales profit goals through marketing and promotion programs
-Support research and development activities/ field trials
-Providing specialty support to other areas or businesses as directed by management.
-Building and maintaining relationships and influence with key industry leaders including nutritionists, meat scientists, veterinarians, university personnel and other consultants to our customer base.
-Identify trends in customer behavior and generate sales opportunities
-Monitor the quality assurance and quality control programs and comply with CFIA regulations
