Under the general supervision of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for a variety of administrative duties in support of the CEO and Board of Directors include but are not limited to meeting minute notation and distribution, scheduling appointments and drafting correspondence. The EA is also required to maintain confidentiality and professionally interact with employees, management and the public. Role will require evening work in relation to Board and Society Meetings and events. Other duties shall be assigned as necessary.
