Description

CLSI is now accepting applications for a Systems Technology (ST) Security Analyst. The ST Security Analyst supports CLS security initiatives, auditing, and monitoring to mitigate risk. The ST Security Analyst will work with all areas of the ST department to ensure proper security design protocols are being met with all new systems, and that existing systems meet predefined security standards and baselines.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and upgrade security measures and controls
- Protect digital files and information systems against unauthorized access, modification or destruction
- Maintain data and monitor security access
- Conduct internal and external security audits
- Manage network, intrusion detection and prevention systems
- Analyze security breaches to determine their root cause
- Recommend and install appropriate tools and counter measures
- Define, implement and maintain corporate security policies
- Provide end user Security awareness training
- Coordinate security plans with outside vendors

Qualifications:
- A relevant undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other-IT related fields of study
- A minimum of five years if related experience supporting corporate IT security processes and systems.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Previous project management experience is an asset
