DoubleTree by Hilton Regina is currently recruiting for an Assistant Banquet Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals.
This position will lead the Banquet Events team in providing exceptional event operations while ensuring the uptmost guest satisfaction, working closely with the Sales Department and the Executive Chef.
Primary duties include:
- Oversee banquet event operations and ensure that all banquet service details are executed as per the Banquet Event Order
- Make quick decisions to adjust according to event requirements or last minute changes by the clients all while managing and directing the teams
- Provide leadership, direction and training to support all banquet associates
-Assist in the maintenance of all banquet equipment, inventories and supplies
- Position is ideal for individuals interested in developing their hospitality career
To qualify for this position candidate must have minimum 3 years' experience in a Banquet Event and/or Food & Beverage role.
The successful candidate will have minimum 2-3 years demonstrated leadership ability within the Hospitality sector with strong interpersonal skills.
