Supreme Steel LP Saskatoon Division requires a full time Helper/Labourer to join our team. Experience in the industry is an asset. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to gain knowledge quickly, following safety precautions and have strong communication skills. Experience operating an overhead crane would be an asset.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Undertaking various types of general labourer duties including assisting trades persons, material handling and cleaning.
An hourly wage will be based upon the successful candidates experience, ranging from $17.21-$21.22/hr as per the Local 838 Union Agreement. Additional benefits include medical, dental and life insurance benefits after 3 months. After one year of service a company sponsored self-directed RRSP program and Employee Ownership Program are offered.
Other contractual benefits include yearly safety boot and glasses allowances, coveralls, two extra paid statutory holidays each year, night shift premium of $2.00/hr., and double time after 50 hours worked in a work week.
