Description

Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Operating Officer (the COO) will collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy.  He/She will then translate that strategy into actionable objectives for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating plans. He/She will bring functional skills and experience in finance, business metrics, board governance, as well as corporate processes and standards. With a keen eye for detail, the successful candidate will identify trends, issues and opportunities for continuous improvement and managing enterprise risks.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or relevant field.
- A CPA-CMA, CPA-CA or CPA-CGA designation is desirable.
- Several years experience in project management
- Human resources management experience.
