Description

Do you want a job where every day is different?  We are currently looking to fill Casual positions, within our residential treatment program in Prince Albert.
This job is no ordinary job; you wont be sitting at a desk 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your work day may start in the morning, afternoon, evening, and continue overnight. This role works directly with our residents, who are youth and adults. Your shift may include arts and crafts, playing sports, deescalating crises, supervising chores, or being a shoulder to cry on. Your job will be ever changing as the needs of the youth or adults will largely determine your role.
Ranch Ehrlo offers competitive wages, excellent benefits, and job security:
Hourly wages for casual employees start at $18.99 to 22.02, dependent on experience and education.
Night shift premium of $1.10 per hour offered for eligible overnight shifts.
Paid training and development opportunities including educational support and leave.
Health and dental benefits, and an employer matched pension plan.
Conditions for employment:
Provide a current criminal record background check which meet policy guidelines.
Must possess a valid class 5 novice 2 or experienced drivers license and provide a current drivers abstract.
Must be available for shift work which includes evenings, overnights, and weekend rotations.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in the fields of youth care work, recreational therapy, psychology, social work, kinesiology, and/or health studies would be an asset.
