Description

We are seeking a permanent part-time Member Services Representative to serve our members.  You will be guaranteed 0.6 FTE (3 days per week) in our Kelvington Branch.  Dependent on organizational needs, the position has potential to grow!  The successful applicant must be committed to regional travel to provide coverage to meet the needs of the organization.

You are a self-starter who is eager to learn new skills, and enjoy a new challenge!  The MSR is the first point of contact for our members.  They are responsible to assist members with their daily financial needs, and refer them to other departments when needed.  On a daily basis, they are responsible to process cash and non-cash related transactions.  In addition, they receive and refer incoming telephone calls, direct members to appropriate staff and set appointments, when required.

Education & Qualifications
    Grade 12 Diploma    
    Working knowledge of computer systems
    Experience with cash and customer service        Credit Union experience considered an asset
    Bondable    
    Commitment to continuous self-development
