What are we looking for in a candidate?
You need to be outgoing and confident and exude energy and enthusiasm.  You are articulate. You should have a good sense of humor and a co-operative attitude.  You are ethical and honest, even when no one is watching.  You are punctual.  You look for solutions, not excuses. You are an avid learner and extremely resourceful in finding solutions. You are a problem solver  not a problem reporter.
What will your role look like?
    Assist with servicing and processing duties
    Cross selling of suitable products to clients
    Renewing and reviewing existing policies
    Navigating company portals to locate and obtain information
    Assist clients with any questions or concerns
    Increase knowledge on insurance companys products and packages
The effect that technology will have on the insurance industry for years to come is not lost on our company and we are working hard to stay ahead of the curve.
What qualifications do we require?
    Level 1 General Insurance License
    Experience using TAM
    Sales and service experience
    Maintaining a commitment to excellent customer service
