Main Street Strength & Conditioning is seeking an experienced Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer.
Requirements:
- Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer Certification (SPRA, Canfitpro, ISSA, NASM etc)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- High passion for fitness a MUST
- Flexible work schedule - primarily covering evening/weekend classes
- Ability to organize, develop and instruct a fitness class
- Ability to coach, mentor and bring out the best in others
Assets:
- Yoga Certification
- Cycle certification
- Experience with youth sport/activity programs
- Experience with Pre/Post natal fitness and Seniors
Preference will be given to those with a yoga or cycle certification.
Must hold up to date certifications and provide copies of these at the time of interview.
